Elizabeth Dixon (Beth)

Beth has recently joined the CORE team as one of the TMoA Regional Co-ordinators. Prior to this Beth says she was a "lady of leisure", after she spent one and a half years at a local KKM in the Hawkes Bay.

Beth was born and bred in the beautiful sunny Hawkes Bay, and spent her childhood eating good food with her Mum and Dad and her brother and sister. She now lives there with her beautiful daughter and occasionally indulges in great wine and cheese! Beth loves to read, she says that literature seems to allow all emotions to come out, and lazes in the sun with a good book on a regular basis.
