Kathe Tawhiwhirangi-Perry

Kathe started working at CORE as the Maori ICT PD national facilitator in June 2007. She spends her week days based in Wellington and spends half of her week working for CORE, and the other half as the deputy principal of a Kura Kaupapa Maori school in Lower Hutt.

On the weekends Kathe lives in Masterton with her two daughters and spends her time catching up on things and having some quiet time out after a busy week in Wellington. For a number of years she represented Hutt Valley in both softball and netball at age grade and senior levels. Kathe likes to keep her life in order, hates being late and having an untidy house!
