Integrating Digital Technologies into Classroom Practice

What is the difference between Dig Lit, Dig fluency, DT|HM curriculum, and digital technologies? How might they change the way that you organise learning in your school? Why is being digitally fluent important for learning across the curriculum in your school?

In this course, you will learn:

  • What research says about digital technologies and how digital technologies can support learning
  • The implications of the Digital Technologies | Hangarau Mathiko Curriculum (DT|HM) for your school/kura, learning area
  • How you can develop what you do in your classroom to develop digital fluency

Learning outcomes

Course participants will be able to:

  • Understand and prepare for Digital Technologies DT|HM Curriculum
  • Understand the possibilities of creating with Digital Technologies
  • Integrate DT|HM curriculum into their school/kura/subject area
