Using the EPS2.0 online in your school is straight forward. Simply register your school to use it and a "key" will be provided for your staff to use when they imput their responses to the initial questionnaire.
Each teacher in a school submits his/her individual responses to a series of 90 statements using the online tool. This process should take approx. 45 minutes, and can be completed at a time and place that suits the individual teacher. Opportunity exists for the survey to be completed in stages rather than in a single sitting.
These responses are then collated and summarized in a whole school report that shows patterns and trends across 18 dimensions of whole school development. The data is presented in a variety of ways using the interactive online reporting process, and can be printed out from a downloadable PDF document that can be stored for future reference.
Feedback provided identifies areas of strength and weakness that can be targetted in future development activities and, in the interactive online environment, provides feedback to suggest next steps that may be taken.
The EPS2.0 online tool provides valuable base-line information for schools embarking on a development process, and can be used again at a later stage to provide evidence of where progress has been made.
